Bear & Bunny Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the order you wish to cancel has not been shipped, you can cancel it online or by contacting our helpdesk at +91-90163 19297. It is best to do this within 24 hours of placing the order.
For unshipped orders, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same account used for payment, within 7 days of the return request. Please note that the refunded amount may appear in your account 3-5 business days from the date of processing.

What is the exchange/return policy?
At Bearandbunny, we understand that every purchase is valuable and in certain unavoidable circumstances, the customer has to return it. So to make the process easier, our policy gives you an option to return the products within 7 Days of Delivery only in case of wrong products received, defects, damage caused during delivery, or missing.

No Return Policy
All sales of diapers are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of our products, as they are personal care items.
No Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for any diaper purchases. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective diaper, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
To report a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@bearandbunny.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Our team will review your case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
FAQs for Return & Refund
Your return & refund guide
You will not be charged for returning the product. The cost of returning the product will be borne by us. The only thing you need to take care is that the product packaging and tag must be in original place and in proper & unaltered condition and should not be damaged on your side.
The exchange time depends on the arrival of the product at our warehouse. Exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 days after we receive your return.
We are sorry about the unavailability of the product, the replacement of merchandise, is subject to its availability at that point of time.
If you received the wrong item from what you originally ordered please contact us right away and we will take care of the problem. It’s pretty unusual, but we admit we’re not perfect and we can make a mistake. But rest assured, your query will be solved as soon as we can.
Potential issue of a wrong product can be Damaged or defective Item, Items Lost in Shipment, Broken Products Received, or any other issue.
In the above cases, it should be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving products.
On verification, we shall issue a new shipment with the product.
If the product is damaged at customer's end or used even once (We do take photos of the product just before shipping and we would suggest same to the customer - 360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item - Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.)
The pick facility is available for few pin codes. You can check your pin codes for pickup delivery and if not available you can ship the product on the address as above.
If the product is bought under any particular offer/Sale/Clearance, the products can’t be returned, refunded or exchanged. More over the offers can’t be clubbed with each other.
If the outer packaging of the product i.e. the container/cover/bubble wrap etc. is damaged, please look for the actual product.
We recommend reading the entire product description, guide and information before ordering. You can surely process the return in case of manufacturing defect. The defect must be reported within the 24 hrs of receiving the product with clear images and videos of the actual defect.
We understand that quality is the most important factor in ordering, so we make certain that you receive the highest quality product. But we also want to point out that everyone's definition of quality is different. It may be the best buy and value for money for some, but not for others.
